The store manager refused to do a refund with my bank statements provided due to I have lost the original invoice and she said “ No original receipt no refund “ … a very good lesson for all of us - Graeme Bowden Added October 30, 2023★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I waited in line 27 minutes to pay for item. 3 people in front of me. I counted 8 staff in the shop looking busy but doing nothing. Customer in front of me left the shop with her items as the staff member did NOT complete payment with PIN number. Customer was honest and come back to sort out mess. Staff laughed and thought it was a big joke. Agree with other reviewer "USELESS CLUELESS STAFF, DOING NOTHING" Will NEVER shop here again.

Staff say hello at the beginning and then never check the change rooms. I had to come out twice to get assistance. One said they would check sizes for me and never returned. I normally shop at Norwood but gave the relocation on Burnside “a go”. Thankyou for your empathy and well wishes for my upcoming surgery. At least I’ll look gorgeous in bed
