  Terrible service. The girl who took our orders was VERY rude and acted like we were a huge inconvenience. She forgot to offer milk with my tea and it took 10 minutes for them to bring it out. Part of our order was incorrect and they forgot to make one of the drinks. It took 30 minutes for them to bring out my turkey, cranberry and camembert baguette and the worst part was how it was made. It was $12 and I could have gotten one 10 times better for less at a deli. Two giant slabs of turkey, two massive lettuce leaves, two tiny slices of cheese and I was given chutney instead of cranberry. It was also just shoved on to two open slices of baguette, so I essentially had to make the baguette myself. Appalling. Steer clear.

  Absolutely awful disgraceful service. Sitting at the table waiting for our friends and an old man employee came to tell us to leave when we told him were waiting for friends he kept checking to see if we ordered. I should mention there were many empty tables. We left and went to Cibo. My mums groups of 12-15 woman were looking for a new cafe to meet in, Ill definitely make sure it’s not cocolat.

  Very poor service, greeted by an elderly male who grunted at the fact we where still deciding on what we wanted to order. The girl confused our orders and made the wrong drink and gave us a very dramatic display of attitude. After the correct drink was remade it was made very poorly and half full and once again served with attitude.
  
  Disappointing as all other times I have dinned at Cocolat franchises they had been great.

  We purchased a takeaway container of chocolate mousse from here 20/06/18. We have done this many times before and have not been disappointed but today was diffrent ! The mousse had bits of chocolate through it and was really bitter and chemical tasting. Noted the container failed to have an expiry date,ingredients list ,weight or place of origin .
